These are available from ECANZ at the standard price for members (with no markup - $6 for Standard and $50 for Ongoing Commercial or Industrial).

Offer a special “Sparkproof” insurance protection package for MASTERelectricians and their customers, including professional indemnity, employer’s liability and statutory liability policies.

ECANZ MANUAL

ECANZ provides a Contractors Manual to members that contains information about ECANZ, the rules, benefits that are offered, Order Forms, a standard Employment Agreement, Legal and Financial advice and other information that is most useful to your business.

ECANZ SHELL FUEL SCHEME

Guaranteed savings with your ECANZ / Shell fuel card, ECANZ members get special negotiated rates on fuel. If the pump price has been discounted below your ECANZ special rate, you’ll get that discounted price and a further 0.5 cents per litre price reduction as well. Plus no joining fee, transaction fees or card fees. Any vehicles on the ECANZ / Shell fuel scheme will receive free 24 hour AA Emergency Breakdown Service.

EWRB - LOW RISK AUDIT

Branded members of ECANZ and employees of those members are considered “low risk” in the Board’s audit strategy i.e. not subject to audit.

ECANZ makes the public aware through Radio, TV and Newspapers that they should always use MASTERelectricians. Special promotions are held each year.

MASTERelectricians CLOTHING

Overalls, custom made for electricians with plastic zips, Polar Fleeces, T-shirts and a range of other clothing is available with the ECANZ logos pre-embroidered on.

MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS

We provide a monthly newsletter that updates you on what ECANZ is up to and on issues within the electrical industry that you need to be aware of.

PHOTO ID CARDS

Identifying your employees as being part of your company and part of ECANZ with your company name and the ECANZ member logos.

STATIONERY

ECANZ provides stationery pre-printed with the MASTERelectricians Guarantee logo. This includes Envelopes, Maintags, Electrical Safety Certificates and more. We also have Health and Safety Policies available on request.

TELECOM

Telecom and ECANZ have a partnership that is designed to provide cheaper rates for ECANZ members. They offer several cellular call plan options with cheaper peak and off-peak rates than the general public and a land line loyalty plan.

WEBSITE LISTING

All our members are listed on our website www.ecanz.org.nz. Members of the public can search for MASTERelectricians in their area.

WESTPAC

ECANZ members are entitled to discounted banking services, including preferential Merchant Credit Card processing rates, and discounted Business Banking and Personal Account packages.

WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE SCHEME

ECANZ offer a Workmanship Guarantee Scheme to back the workmanship carried out by any of our branded members to the value of $10,000. Workmanship Guarantee Forms are available free of charge to give to your clients.

If you want to raise Industry issues that you feel need to be heard y Parliament, talk to us. We are the recognised lobbying group for the Electrical Industry, and handle all submissions on legislation and Government issues that concern the Industry you make a living from.
